SelectHealth & Decision Point to Present to ACHP
David Larsen, Director of Quality Improvement for SelectHealth is teaming up with Decision Point CEO, Saeed Aminzadeh on November 17th for a member experience-focused presentation to members of the Alliance of Community Health Plans (ACHP). “We’re very fortunate to have been selected for this opportunity. ACHP and the organizations that make up their membership have been known throughout the industry for seeking out new and innovative ways to elevate the member experience”, said Mr. Aminzadeh. “Given the recent CMS updates surrounding CAHPS and member perception, David and I are excited to share some strategies and findings that will hopefully prove valuable.”
