Harvard Pilgrim & Decision Point: Improving Performance Through Holistic Member Engagement

Improving Performance Through Impactful, Holistic Member-Centric Outreaches

Arlington, VA | May 15-16, 2018

How can plans improve performance across multiple measures and targeting multiple outcomes without over-communicating with members? Can plans be effective in orchestrating impactful, yet efficient, member-centric outreaches spanning multiple domains?

In this Population Health for Medicaid, Medicare, and Duals session, Ms. Hurley (Harvard Pilgrim) and Mr. Aminzadeh (Decision Point) will discuss how Harvard Pilgrim has deployed a proactive member outreach strategy by evaluating each member based on their behavioral and engagement risk, and deploying outreaches that are targeted to the member’s areas of greatest need. The session will cover targeting members for selected outreaches, blending member outreaches that cover multiple domains – such as HEDIS and CAHPS – and coordinating the timing of outreaches to yield the greatest impact.

Join us at Population Health for Medicaid, Medicare, and Duals to participate in the discussion. See the full agenda here.
