We need your help. We’re looking for a self-starting and driven Client Implementation Manager to join the Decision Point Client Analytics team. This opportunity will enable you to contribute to the Decision Point mission by effectively implementing clients onto our suite of products quickly and effectively, partnering directly with clients throughout the implementation process to create a pleasant and painless experience.   • You’ll manage all things data, leading initial and ongoing client implementations through data discovery and configuration
  • You’ll own, track, and manage project milestones to ensure project objectives and timelines are met
  • You’ll use your excellent communication skills to work with the client to acquire the right data in the right format
  • You’ll use your outstanding attention to detail to monitor and quickly profile data received from the client to identify data quality and completeness issues
  • You’ll develop data mappings for product build, predictive analytics, and special projects
  • You’ll use your project management and organization skills to own project plans and solve problems with clients and internal technical experts to meet deadlines that help our clients meet their strategic goals
  • You’ll help ensure that key internal project teams (Data Operations, Data Science, and Client Analytics) know all about who a new client is and what their unique data and configuration needs may be
  • You’ll help to setup and have access to our client data FTPs, use our testing and production environments, and manage projects using formal tools
  • You’ll report to the Director, Client Analytics

You’ll use your:

  • 3-5 years of experience in a related area (e.g., client onboarding, project management, account management)
  • Advanced in MS Excel or other spreadsheet applications
  • Knowledge of healthcare data, operations, and quality a plus
  • Excellent communication skills, written and oral
  • Strong project management skills


  • Gather requirements, acquire data, and map data for product build, predictive analytics, and special projects
  • Work cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, and Client Analytics to identify client strategy, align with requirements, and deliver successful implementations
  • Escalate issues and provide project updates to management
  • Build relationships with our clients and drive projects to completion
  • Serve as the internal expert on each of our clients’ data
  • Serve on small work groups to improve internal processes

You’ll know you’re succeeding when:

  • You help to lower implementation cycle times
  • You quickly master our existing onboarding process and continuously work to improve upon it
  • You become an expert on our clients’ data, informing not just initial client onboarding but also the fulfillment of ad-hoc report requests that help to grow client accounts
  • You provide clear feedback to others and successfully collaborate with Data Operations and Client Analytics to understand approach, roadmap timelines, and tradeoffs
