Did you know…
- 1 in 2 members likely to choose to leave the plan are likely to negatively rate Plan Satisfaction related CAHPS items
- 1 in 3 members likely to be non-adherent to medications are likely to negatively rate Access and Provider related CAHPS items
- 1 in 4 members likely to be non-compliant with HEDIS measures are likely to negatively rate Access and Provider CAHPS items
Join the growing movement to understand CAHPS issues beyond the survey - as barriers to member engagement in their health. Address access issues that, left unaddressed, reveal themselves in CAHPS negative responses and unclosed HEDIS gaps. Address provider satisfaction issues that, left unaddressed, reveal themselves in CAHPS negative ratings of the Drug Plan and non-adherence to prescribed medications.
