Join the growing movement to understand CAHPS issues beyond the survey - as barriers to member engagement in their health. Address access issues that, left unaddressed, reveal themselves in CAHPS negative responses and unclosed HEDIS gaps. Address provider satisfaction issues that, left unaddressed, reveal themselves in CAHPS negative ratings of the Drug Plan and non-adherence to prescribed medications.

Leading the session will be Lisette Roman, our Director of Analytics and All Things CAHPS.

Lisette is responsible for overseeing the design, development, and delivery of data-driven solutions based on the unique needs of Decision Point customers. Lisette brings her training in health informatics and her experience in healthcare quality, self-reported outcomes, care management, and clinical operations from the provider and payer settings to understand healthcare organizations’ needs and deliver actionable recommendations.
